Direct Ship Mattresses Return Policy – We are confident that no matter which model you choose, you will get the best night's sleep! We offer a 100-day sleep guarantee for all mattresses labeled as “Direct Ship Only” on our website. Since it may take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require a minimum trial of 30 days. For ways to get the best experience out of your new mattress, please check out our FAQs.

Once a return is approved, a qualified representative will guide you through the remainder of the process. To be approved, you must be within 100 days of the original delivery date and mattress slept on for at least 30 nights and must be clean and damage free. Any stains, rips, tears, burns, or abuse can affect the approval process. A refund of the full product price of the mattress, less any discounts, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.

Direct Ship Furniture Return Policy – We offer over 1,000+ items that can be purchased on our site and shipped directly from the factory to our customer’s home, free of charge! We understand situations may arise where a customer would like to return an item purchased online. Therefore, all items labeled as “Direct Ship Only” on our website may be returned, within 10 days of delivery, if the item(s) is in the original factory packaging and free from damage. Any scratches, dings, tears, burns, or abuse can affect the approval process. A refund of the full product price of the item(s), less any discounts, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.

In-Store & Online Return Policy (All items labeled as “In-Store Only”) – Home Decor Outlets honors all Manufacturer Warranties and has provided additional warranty coverage on ALL in-store Mattress set purchases! Please INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE before it leaves the store. We sell brand new products. Therefore, Home Decor Outlets will accept same day returns for store credit if item(s) are still in their original factory container or packaging and free from any damage. Closeouts, floor models, and products sold “As-Is” do not qualify for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Direct Ship Mattresses Exchange Policy – You have 100 days, from the date of delivery, to exchange your “Direct Ship Only” mattress. Customers are allowed one exchange with each purchase. To qualify for an exchange, you must be within 100 days of the original delivery date and mattress slept on for at least 30 nights and must be clean and free of damage. To initiate an exchange please text (770) 381-6100 and provide your: name on order, purchase date, item purchased, and purchase price. Once your exchange has been approved, a representative will guide you through the rest of the process. Your 100-day sleep guarantee will start on the date your new mattress was delivered and go up to your 100th day of ownership. If a mattress exchange is approved, a credit of the full price of the mattress, less any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges will be provided. Your first mattress will be removed at the same time the replacement product is delivered, if you are within a 30-mile radius of any Home Decor Outlets location. If you are located outside our local delivery range, then you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
