Once a return is approved, a qualified representative will guide you through the remainder of the process. To be approved, you must be within 100 days of the original delivery date and mattress slept on for at least 30 nights and must be clean and damage free. Any stains, rips, tears, burns, or abuse can affect the approval process. A refund of the full product price of the mattress, less any discounts, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.
Direct Ship Furniture Return Policy – We offer over 1,000+ items that can be purchased on our site and shipped directly from the factory to our customer’s home, free of charge! We understand situations may arise where a customer would like to return an item purchased online. Therefore, all items labeled as “Direct Ship Only” on our website may be returned, within 10 days of delivery, if the item(s) is in the original factory packaging and free from damage. Any scratches, dings, tears, burns, or abuse can affect the approval process. A refund of the full product price of the item(s), less any discounts, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.
In-Store & Online Return Policy (All items labeled as “In-Store Only”) – Home Decor Outlets honors all Manufacturer Warranties and has provided additional warranty coverage on ALL in-store Mattress set purchases! Please INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE before it leaves the store. We sell brand new products. Therefore, Home Decor Outlets will accept same day returns for store credit if item(s) are still in their original factory container or packaging and free from any damage. Closeouts, floor models, and products sold “As-Is” do not qualify for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
