Home Decor Outlets does not represent to hold the merchandise at the sale location once the account is opened, but will guarantee the price. All Layaway products are at our Factory Warehouse. All Layaway Accounts are supplied with newly produced items regardless of length of Customer Layaway. We request a minimum of two weeks notice after final payment has been made, prior to pick-up or delivery of your merchandise, to ensure your order is in stock. No refunds on Free No Limit "Price Hold" Layaway Accounts after 10 days of initial deposit. All Free No Limit "Price Hold" Layaway Accounts guarantee a store credit that may be used anytime for payment on any item. All sales items may be placed on our Free No Limit "Price Hold" Layaway plan, no exceptions. Some closeout items may only be available within 30 days of initiating the plan. All product is first come, first served. After 30 days it is possible some items may be discontinued by either us or the manufacturer. With our Free No Limit "Price Hold" Layaway plan you never lose your money and no fees will ever be charged for changing your ordered items or for extending your time limit. Any account which has 6 months of no activity is subject to suspension, and all deposits paid will be reserved as a Store Credit for the customer. All Free No Limit "Price Hold" Layaway accounts can be converted to a No Credit Needed Finance account at any time!
